We are very pleased to announce 3 new addition’s to the IT4B team. Matt Wheatcroft IT4B Business & IT Manager explains that IT4B is going from strength to strength on daily, monthly and yearly basis since the company was launched in 2005. The new members of the IT4B team have been brought in to help maintain a very high standard of customer service and to also strength the IT Network, Server, Hardware and Software side of the business.
Matt would like to introduce the new members of staff and explain their new roles within the business:
Dean Bullock – IT Support
Dean is well established in the IT support industry and comes with over 6 year first and second line support experience. Dean has been taken on to streamline the telephone and remote support services currently offered by IT4B. Dean will also be dealing directly with our hardware and software suppliers to find our IT4B members and clients the best possible deals, while giving the best possible advice along the way.

Chris Law – Network & Server Engineer
Chris has joined the IT4B team with over 10 year’s experience offering a full range of services to support new and established business. These include:-

Samantha Wheatcroft – Website Project Liaison
Samantha has been brought into the team to add a new level of customer service for all our existing and potential new website clients. Samantha’s role is to liaise with both the client and the IT4B design and development team.
The client will benefit from a friendly face that is able to communicate on many levels. A website is not always simple to get off the ground and it’s not always easy for the client to understand what everything means, when it needed and what should be done. It is Samantha’s role to work directly with the client to ensure they know exactly what to do, when, where and how – while leaving all the jargon back at the office.
Samantha’s role also benefits the IT4B design and development team too, mainly because Samantha is dealing with the client directly giving the technical guy’s the time to do what they do best “Designing and Developing Websites”.
Samantha will be in constant touch with both the client and the IT4B design and development team keeping everyone informed of new developments, time scales and mile stones along way.
