Mansfield 2020 is the business development organisation set up originally in 1991 with the aim of promoting and revitalising business in the town following the decline of the mining and textiles sectors. The organisation is a partnership between the public and private sectors and includes representation from Mansfield District Council, Nottinghamshire County Council, Business Link, EMDA, Mansfield Area Strategic Partnership, Mansfield Town Centre Partnership, West Notts College along with businesses from all sectors.
